    40ml
  • Triple sec
    20ml
  • Lime juice
    20ml
  • Sugar syrup
    10ml
  • Lime wedge
    1
  • Salt
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Strainer
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker

Method

Step 1

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and roll it in salt.

Step 2

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice and sugar syrup.

Step 3

Fine strain into the rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
