Black Dog
Distilled in Bengaluru, southern India, Black Dog benefits from grains that ripen with remarkable intensity giving it rich oak and subtle spice notes.

Originally blended in Scotland, Black Dog was named after a salmon-fishing fly.
Black Dog Whisky was first blended in 1883 by James MacKinlay. But it was Sir Walter Millard from the East India Company who, on discovering this impeccable blend, brought it back to India and named it after his favourite salmon-fishing fly, the Black Dog. Bengaluru, in the southern part of India, was chosen as a location for the distillery on account of the pure water and fertile land. As a result, Black Dog whisky benefits from grains that ripen with remarkable intensity, imparting rich oak and subtle spice notes. Millard believed in the art of balance – finding harmony between life's fast pace and serene pauses. Today, that still holds true: Black Dog is a whisky that invites you to relax, embrace the moment and enjoy its assured charisma.
