Rhubarb & Apple Gin Toddy

Ingredients

  • 30ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
  • 5ml Runny honey
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 50ml Cloudy apple juice
  • Hot water top

Method
Add all ingredients except the hot water into a pan and heat gently and stir to combine for about 15 minutes to allow the cinnamon to infuse. Pour into a heat-proof glass, top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Seville Marmalade Negroni

Ingredients

  • 25ml Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth

Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice and garnish with fresh orange peel.

Hot Honey & Sloe

Ingredients

  • 30ml Chase Sloe Gin
  • 5ml Honey Cinnamon sticks
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 50ml Cloudy Apple
  • Hot Water Top
