- Seedlip Grove 4250ml
- Agave syrupIf you don't have agave syrup, swap it for runny honey.15ml
- Lime juice20ml
- Lime wedge1
- Lime wheel1
- Ice
Equipment
- Rocks glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Fine strainer
Method
Step 1
Rum a lime wedge around the rim of the glass then roll the rim in salt.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Seedlip, agave syrup and lime juice. Shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker is cold.
Step 3
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
