Savoury Eggnog

Have you heard about the Eggnog with a cheeky savoury twist? Well, if you like a Bloody Mary, you’ll love this creation.

Combining Johnnie Walker Black with Egg and cream plus Worcestershire Sauce and celery salt make the Savoury Eggnog as warm and filling as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 35mlJohnnie Walker® Black Label® Blended Scotch Whisky

  • 10mlWorcestershire Sauce

  • 5mlFernet Branca

  • 1Egg Yolk

  • 35mlSugar Syrup

  • 15mlDouble Cream

  • 2mlAngostura Bitters

  • 1pinch(es)Salt and Black Pepper

  • 0tsp Lemon Juice

  • 0tsp Celery Salt

1.5 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • 1 x Cocktail shaker

  • 1 x Ice

  • 1 x Strainer

Method

  • Mix

    Wipe the rim of a tumbler glass with lemon and celery salt,

    Place all ingredients in a shaker, shake, add ice, shake and shake again, add ice to glass and pour.

    Fill the glass ½ of the way with ice cubes.

    Strain into a glass.
