Savoury Eggnog Cocktail Recipe

Have you heard about the Eggnog with a cheeky savoury twist? Well, if you like a Bloody Mary, you’ll love this creation.
Combining Johnnie Walker Black with Egg and cream plus Worcestershire Sauce and celery salt make the Savoury Eggnog as warm and filling as it is delicious.
What you’ll need

- Johnnie Walker® Black Label® Blended Scotch Whisky35ml
- Worcestershire Sauce10ml
- Fernet Branca5ml
- Egg Yolk1
- Sugar Syrup35ml
- Double Cream15ml
- Angostura Bitters2.5ml
- Salt and Black Pepper pinch bottle1
- Lemon Juice tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash0.5
- Celery Salt tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash0.5
1.5 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Mix
Wipe the rim of a tumbler glass with lemon and celery salt, Place all ingredients in a shaker, shake, add ice, shake and shake again, add ice to glass and pour. Fill the glass ½ of the way with ice cubes. Strain into a glass.
Step 2
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
