A refreshing spring or summer cocktail, this fragrant drink combines Chase Rhubarb and Apple Gin with zesty lemon, sugar, apple and fresh basil.

What you’ll need

  • Chase Rhubarb & Apple Gin
    Chase Rhubarb and Apple Gin, 70cl
    50ml
  • Fresh lemon juice
    20ml
  • Sugar syrup
    10ml
  • Cloudy apple juice
    50ml
  • Several basil leaves
  • Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients (except the basil) and add them to a glass.

Step 2

Stir. Add in the basil, then stir gently again.

Step 3

Add cubed ice and serve!
