Pomelo Cocktail Recipe

A long cocktail that combines the grapefruit-like taste of the Pomelo with sweet orange juice and brandy, it’s a great fruity drink with serious mixing credentials.

- 50ml
- Brandy50ml
- Orange Juice50ml
- Pomelo Juice80ml
3.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Strainer
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Cocktail Shaker
Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
With a jigger pour 50ml vodka, 50ml brandy, 80ml pomelo juice and 50ml orange juice into the shaker.
Mix
Shake vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Strain mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
