Pimm's, already the perfect serving of summer, gets even bolder and brighter with this bubbly beverage.

  • Pimm's No.1
    Pimm's No.1 Cup, 70cl
    50ml
  • Prosecco
    50ml
  • Soda water
    50ml
  • Fresh raspberries
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Stirrer
  • Jigger

Method

Prepare

Pop some ice into your chosen glass - remember, summery drinks taste better when ice cold! 

Pour

Add 50ml of Pimm's No.1, followed by 50ml of your chosen Prosecco and top it off with soda water.

Garnish

Whether you slice and dice them or pop them in whole, raspberries add the perfect touch of sweetness.
