A citrusy symphony, the Lemon Drop Martini uses a vodka base with sweet Triple Sec, and sour Lemon juice. The end result? A sophisticated cocktail that perfectly balances sweetness and tartness.

Equipment

  • Martini glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Strain the drink with a cocktail strainer into a martini glass.

Prep

Coat the rim of your martini glass by running a lemon wedge over it, then roll the rim into sugar to coat.

Strain

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
