Ginger Ale

2 units of alcohol per serving

1 x Short glass
1 x Chopping Board
1 x Jigger
1 x Knife
1 x Ice

Method

1. Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

2. Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, 50ml ginger ale and 25ml apple juice into the glass.

3. Garnish

With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a slice of lime to place in the drink to garnish.
