Ghouls’ Goblet

This spooky serve will cast the perfect spell with its sweet and sour sensations. Just don’t be alarmed when you see some creepy creatures at the bottom of your glass!

Ingredients

  • 35mlVodka

  • 150mlGinger Ale

  • 2slice(s)Orange

  • 2slice(s)Lemon

  • 12piece(s)Gummy Worms Sweets

  • 1drop(s)Food Colouring

1.5 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • 1 x Knife

  • 1 x Jigger

  • 1 x Chopping board

  • 1 x Ice

Method

  • Ice

    Place 12 gummy worm sweets, or one per space, in an ice tray. Top each with water.
    Carefully place 1 to 2 drops of food colouring around each gummy worm sweet, with one colour per space for a varied effect.

  • Pour

    Add 2–3 gummy worm sweet ice cubes to a tumbler glass. Pour vodka and top with ginger ale.

  • Garnish

    Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut wheels of lemon and orange and place on top of the drink to garnish.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
