Frozen Mary Cocktail Recipe

Bloody Mary

Freeze! Stop right there and mix up your Frozen Mary cocktail. It’s a delicious blend of bold, spicy flavours with vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco plus plenty of ice all whizzed up. Yes, you can chill out with a little heat!

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • Tomato Juice
    120ml
  • Lemon Juice
    0.5ml
  • Tabasco Sauce dash
    4
  • Worcestershire Sauce dash
    4
  • Black Pepper
    2ml
  • Lemon slice
    1
  • Stalk of Celery
    1
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Blender
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Ice

Take a sharp knife and chopping board and cut 1 lemon in half. Half fill a blender with ice.

Pour

Add 50ml vodka, 120ml tomato juice, the juice of half a lemon, 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce, 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and 2 grinds of black pepper into the blender.  

Mix

Switch on the blender and blend all the ingredients until combined.

Garnish

Pour into a glass. Place a stalk of celery in the drink. Take a slice of lemon and slot onto the edge of the glass.
