Baileys Latte Cocktail Recipe

The classic drink that's an espresso lengthened by hot milk is enriched and lifted by a pour of delicious Baileys Original Irish Cream, adding a subtle creaminess.
What you’ll need

- Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur50ml
- Espresso20ml
- Milk135ml
- Chocolate Shaving1
0.8 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Short Glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Grater
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 135ml milk into a saucepan and heat gently. Measure 25ml freshly made espresso into a latte glass. Add the warm milk.
Mix
With the jigger, measure 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur into the glass.
Step 3
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
