Baileys Eggnog Cocktail Recipe

Delicious and simple, this homely serve incorporates Baileys for a twist on the festive classic. A welcome guest at the Christmas dinner table.

- lichior Baileys® Original Irish Cream35ml

- de lapte75ml
- vanilie1ml

0.6 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together one egg and one tbsp caster sugar until creamy and the sugar begins to dissolve.
Step 2
Using a jigger, mix in 35ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and 75ml milk. Stir in the seeds from a vanilla pod, scraped out with a teaspoon.
Step 3
Using a grater, grate the sides of a whole nutmeg into the bowl. With a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a Cognac glass.
Step 4
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
