The Singleton
The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky,
ABV: 40% | Volume: 70cl
The perfect gift for those looking to explore Speyside single malt whiskies known for their rich and smooth flavour.
Over half of Scotland's malt whisky distilleries are found on Speyside, and Dufftown distillery is at the centre of this fertile region, caught between mountains, rivers and sea. A delicious 18 year old Speyside malt from the Dufftown distillery, The Singleton exudes oodles of creamy, malty flavour, with the perfect balance between soft, ripe apple and blackberry fruit and spicy dryness. The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Year Old is delicious in a tumbler glass, on its own or with ice. It truly is a finely structured, smooth, rich whisky.
Dufftown is located at the heart of the Speyside region of Scotch whisky production.
In The Singleton's early years, the water from Jock's Well, an artesian spring upstream, had been diverted to rivals at night a number of times. The Singleton are proud to still use this pure water today to create uniquely versatile single malts with a rich history. The Singleton 18 Year Old offers a rich, complex flavour profile with a long, warm, and slightly dry finish. It perfectly balances sweetness from soft, ripe fruits and toffee, with a spicy dryness from American oak bourbon barrels.
