Ingredient
50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
15ml Crème de Menthe
75ml Milk
Mint Chocolate to garnish
Ice

Method
- Add your ice to your cocktail shaker.
- Add 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 15ml Creme de Menthe, and 75ml Milk of your choice (or for extra yum try half milk half cream).
- Shake it baby and then strain it into your cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of chocolate mint or grate over the top and serve!

From the world’s first cream liqueur to the world’s most loved spirit. Once upon a time, a small, let’s say, determined group had a brilliant but lofty idea where they tried to have their cake and eat it too.
Our founders wanted to take two simple treasures that their country was known for, delicious dairy cream and world-renowned Irish whiskey, and combine them. It took two years of trial and error but by 1974 we had created the Baileys recipe we now know and love.

We’re fully committed to reaching net-zero in our direct operations by 2030, as well as reducing our carbon emissions by 50% across our ‘value chain’.
One of the most important steps to improving our impact on the planet is through our Baileys supplier farms. Irish Dairy is amongst the most CO2 efficient milk producer in the EU.
We’re proud partners of Tirlan, our primary dairy supplier, an entirely farmer-owned co-operative, giving farmers more control and say in their businesses.

Baileys became B Corp certified in October 2022. The B Corp movement is focused on transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet, building a more resilient and sustainable future for all.
Most of our packaging is already recyclable but we’re working towards a goal of 100% to be recyclable and reusable.
