Chase marmalade mule

With tangy notes of marmalade and citrus, combined with a sharp touch of lime and effervescent ginger beer, this is a refreshing new twist on the classic Mule.

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure the first four ingredients and build over an ice filled glass.

Step 2

Gently stir, then top with soda water.

Step 3

Garnish with a lime wheel.
