Chase gin and soda

Gin & Tonic is a classic combo but don't overlook soda, either. The simplicity and fizz of soda water helps unlock the flavours of your chosen gin, really letting it shine.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:
1
  • Exta Dry Gin
    25ml
  • Soda Water
1 unit of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Copa glass
  • Slice of fresh ginger
  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 25ml of gin (we recommend Chase GB Gin) and combine with the sofa over plenty of cubed ice.

Garnish

Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut an slice of ginger. Add it to the glass to garnish.

Grab a bite

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption. DRINKS CALCULATOR
