Dutch Mule Cocktail Recipe

Ketel One Dutch Mule

It couldn’t be simpler to combine vodka, lime, ginger and sugar to balance. Perfect to unwind with at the end of the day.

What you’ll need

  • Ketel One Vodka
    Ketel One Vodka
    45ml
  • Lime juice
    20ml
  • Simple syrup
    20ml
  • Chilled ginger beer
    1
  • Ice
    1
  • Lime wedge
    1
  • Sprig of mint
    1
1.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Collins glass
  • 1 x Bar spoon
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Ice

Add ice to a Collins glass.

Pour

Add in the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass. Top with chilled ginger beer.

Mix & Garnish

Stir just to combine. Garnish with a wedge of lime and fresh mint.

1:1 Simple syrup recipe

Stir 1 part white sugar to 1 part warm or boiling water until the sugar is dissolved. Cool before use.
