Dive into the storm with a Dark and Stormy - otherwise known as a Rum Mule.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • Captain Morgan Dark Rum
    Captain Morgan Dark Rum, 70cl
    50ml
  • Lime juice
    20ml
  • Ginger Beer
    100ml
  • Two dashes of Bitters
  • Ice
  • Cherry garnish
  • Sprigs of rosemary garnish
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Jar
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method

Ice

Fill a jar glass with cubed ice.

Pour

Add all ingredients into the jar, using a jigger to measure each one.

Mix

Stir to combine.

Garnish

Garnish with a cherry and rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
