Classic Moscow Mule Cocktail Recipe

Vodka Mule or Moscow Mule, whatever you want to call it - this tangy cocktail combines the smoothness of vodka with tangy lime juice, bitters and the effervescence of ginger beer. No tools required: simply build it in a highball glass.

- Smirnoff No.21 Vodka50ml
- Lime juice20ml
- Ginger Beer100ml
- Two dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Ice
- Lime wedge to garnish
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Pour
Add the vodka, lime juice and ginger beer, using a jigger to measure each ingredient.
Mix
Stir, and add two dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Garnish
Garnish with two lime wedges.
