Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey Sour

Velvety smooth, citrusy and sweet, there's nothing quite like a classic Whiskey Sour. We recommend using Bulleit Bourbon for a perfectly balanced serve.

- Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey60ml
- Lemon juice25ml
- Sugar syrup20ml
- Egg white20ml
- Lemon zest discard or maraschino cherry
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Ice
2.7 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker.
Shake
Close your shaker and shake to whip up the mixture. Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
