What you’ll need

Ingredients

1.7 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass  
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Blender
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 35ml London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.

Mix

Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Pour 10ml crème de mure over the mixture.

Garnish

With a sharp knife cut a strip of peel off the lemon on a chopping board and twist into the glass to garnish.
