This simple mix is a surprising hit, with a zesty, clean pour of soda loosening the rich vanilla and clove flavours of tasty Bourbon for an impressive long drink.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

0.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall Glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board

Method

Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger measure 50ml Bourbon into the glass. Top up with 125ml soda.    

Garnish

With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a lime wedge to place on top of the drink to garnish.
