Rhubarb & Apple Gin Toddy
Ingredients
30ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
5ml Runny honey
2 Cinnamon sticks
15ml Lime juice
50ml Cloudy apple juice
Hot water top
MethodAdd all ingredients except the hot water into a pan and heat gently and stir to combine for about 15 minutes to allow the cinnamon to infuse. Pour into a heat-proof glass, top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Seville Marmalade Negroni
Ingredients
25ml Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
MethodAdd all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice and garnish with fresh orange peel.

5ml Honey Cinnamon sticks
15ml Lime Juice
