- Tanqueray 0.0%1.5oz
- Cloudy apple juice1.5oz
- Fresh lemon juice0.5oz
- Cinnamon syrup0.5oz
- Egg white1
- Cinnamon0oz
Method
Pour
Add 40ml Gin 0.0%, 50ml cloudy apple juice, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml cinnamon syrup & 1 egg white to a shaker.
Mix
Shake without ice gently, then shake a second time with ice to get the fluffy texture. Strain into a coupette and garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
