- Johnnie Walker® Black Label® Blended Scotch Whisky1oz
- Worcestershire Sauce0.25oz
- Fernet Branca0.25oz
- Egg Yolk1
- Sugar Syrup1oz
- Double Cream0.5oz
- Angostura Bitters0oz
- Salt and Black Pepper pinch bottle1
- Lemon Juice tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash0.5
- Celery Salt tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash0.5
1.5 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Mix
Wipe the rim of a tumbler glass with lemon and celery salt, Place all ingredients in a shaker, shake, add ice, shake and shake again, add ice to glass and pour. Fill the glass ½ of the way with ice cubes. Strain into a glass.
Step 2
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
