Rhubarb & Basil Gin Smash

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients (except the basil) and add them to a glass.

Step 2

Stir. Add in the basil, then stir gently again.

Step 3

Add cubed ice and serve!

Grab a bite

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
