Fresh lemon juice
0.75oz
Sugar syrup
0.25oz
Creme de Mure
0.25oz
Sparkling wine
0.75oz
Ice
Three skewered frozen red grapes to garnish

1.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

Coupe glass
Jigger
Cocktail strainer

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients (except the sparkling wine) and add to an ice-filled shaker.

Step 2

Shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker is chilled.

Step 3

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with champagne. Garnish with three skewered frozen red grapes.
