Without water, the flavour is sweet to start then drying in the finish. Warming, light and smooth; tending to delicate. Malty and oaty base notes. Interesting facts

The Singleton is matured in a high proportion of American ex-bourbon casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. A longer fermentation process and slower distillation ensure exceptional smoothness and depth of flavour.
