Without water, the flavour is sweet to start then drying in the finish. Warming, light and smooth; tending to delicate. Malty and oaty base notes. Fresh fruit salad, with spicy and floral top notes With water added there’s a pleasant mouthfeel. Some sweetness, though the overall effect remains balanced and dry. Units of Alcohol per serve: 2
Interesting facts
The Singleton is matured in a high proportion of American ex-bourbon casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. A longer fermentation process and slower distillation ensure exceptional smoothness and depth of flavour.
