Ingredients:
- Don Julio 19421.3oz
- Lime0.3oz
- Kumquat Liqueur0.25oz
- Aer3 drops
- Whole fresh kumquat1
- Water Chestnut Syrup(2:1)*0.75oz
Method
- Step 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Step 2
Using a hand blender, blend mixture until the kumquat is thoroughly broken down.
- Step 3
Shake well and fine strain into a coupe glass.
- Step 4
Use an edible printer to print an image of a horse on top of the foam.
