Ingredients

• 1.25 oz Balcones Lineage Texas Single Malt Whisky

• 0.25 oz Pecan Orgeat

• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice Pinch of salt

• Garnish: Mint Sprig & Smoldering Pecan Wood Chip

Directions

Add all ingredients into a tin and shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass and top with pebble ice. Add straw and garnish with mint bouquet and smoldering wood chip.
