Maple Apple Batched Cocktail

Crown Royal Regal Apple is like gifting fall in a bottle. A smooth whiskey infused with crisp regal apple flavors, it's sweet, spice and everything nice, especially when added into this delicious blended beverage. It takes a little prep, but trust us, it’s worth it.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple

  • 3 apples, sliced

  • 1 cup water

  • 6 oz. apple cider

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2.5 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1-2 tsp granulated sugar

  • Apple slices, cinnamon and thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Process apples, water, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup and sugar in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture through a sieve into a pitcher.

  3. Stir in whisky and chill for an hour or two.

  4. Pour over ice and garnish with apple slices, cinnamon and thyme sprigs.

Día De Muertos Cocktail

A fiesta isn’t complete without a signature cocktail. Stir up a Day of the Dead-inspired drink with bold citrus flavors and a hint of cinnamon that tastes as good as it looks.

To batch this recipe, simply convert ounces to cups and you'll have a batch of 8 cocktails. Here’s how: one ounce is 1/8th of a cup. So, one cup makes you 8 cocktails!

Ingredients
  • .75 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven

  • .75 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

  • .75 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice

  • .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon

  • Garnish Dehydrated Blood Orange Wheel, 2 Edible Flowers and Sage Leaf

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a skull mug or rocks glass with fresh ice.

  3. Top off with pebble/crushed ice and garnish.

Día De Muertos Cocktail

Hot Toddy Batched Recipe

Dress the bar with the essential hot toddy fixings, and warm things up. Combine your favorite whiskey with sugar, cloves and hot water, and get creative with trimmings like cinnamon sticks and lemon slices.

Ingredients
  • 3¾ cups Water

  • 9 oz. Crown Royal Salted Caramel Whiskey

  • 2 Oranges

  • 15-20 Cloves

  • 12 tsp. Brown Sugar

  • 6 Cinnamon Stick Garnishes

  • 6 Orange Peel Garnishes

Directions

Using a sharp knife and a cutting board, peel 2 oranges leaving as much pith behind as possible. Stick the cloves in the orange peel. Repeat 6 times for each serve. Set aside.

Slice the peeled oranges in half and juice until you have 1.5 oz. of fresh orange juice. Set aside.

Boil the water in a pot and, once boiling, turn off the heat and add brown sugar to the hot water, stirring until dissolved.

Stir in orange juice and whiskey.

Pour mixture into 6 ceramic mugs, stir each with a cinnamon stick and leave in as garnish along with the orange peel with cloves.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

  • 9 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 9 oz Orange Juice

  • 3 oz Grenadine

  • Orange wedge and maraschino cherry garnish

Directions

In a punch bowl filled with ice, combine Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine.

Stir to combine.

  • 0.25 oz. Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka​

  • 0.25 oz. Espresso​

  • Graham Cracker Crumble Garnish (Optional)

  • Toasted Marshmallow Garnish

  • Chocolate Syrup

Directions

  1. Lightly drizzle chocolate syrup into a martini glass to create swirls on the glass and set aside.

  2. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  3. Shake and strain into the prepped martini glass.

  4. Skewer 2-3 marshmallows, and use a blow torch or match to graze the tops with the flame.

  5. Gently lay across the glass, on top of the cocktail, and serve immediately.
