- The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Years Old840ml
- Fresh espresso30ml
- Coffee liqueur15ml
- Hazelnut syrup10ml
- Ice
- Orange chocolate shavings to garnish
Equipment
- Coupette glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Fine strainer
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure and shake all ingredients with ice for a silky texture.
Step 2
Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Step 3
Garnish with orange chocolate shavings for a citrusy, chocolatey finish.
