A rich mix of whisky, espresso and hazelnut syrup, the The Singleton Hazelnut and Coffee Martini is a sophisticated take on an Espresso Martini.

  • The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Years Old8
    The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 750ml
    40ml
  • Fresh espresso
    30ml
  • Coffee liqueur
    15ml
  • Hazelnut syrup
    10ml
  • Ice
  • Orange chocolate shavings to garnish

Equipment

  • Coupette glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Fine strainer

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure and shake all ingredients with ice for a silky texture. 

Step 2

Double strain into a chilled coupette glass. 

Step 3

Garnish with orange chocolate shavings for a citrusy, chocolatey finish.
