Ingredients
50ml Talisker
25ml Lime juice
1 egg white
15ml sugar syrup
2 fresh fennel tips
Glass: Old Fashioned glass (also called a lowball or short tumbler)
Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake to mix.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with fennel tips and serve.

Founded by the intrepid MacAskill brothers, Talisker 10 Year Old has been produced since 1830 at the oldest distillery on the rugged, yet beautiful Isle of Skye in Scotland. Its unique smell and taste instantly connects you to its maritime home.
Interesting facts
It’s double-distilled which gives it the rich, deep character, embodying the maritime characteristics of a coastal whisky and then aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks.
