Haig Club Mediterranean Orange and Lemonade
Ingredients: 50ml Haig Club Mediterranean Orange; 150ml Lemonade; an Orange. Method: Take a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add the whisky and then the lemonade. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve. The perfect long drink for summer.
A bit of history
John Haig established the Cameronbridge distillery in Fife, Scotland in 1824. In 1830, it became the first distillery to produce grain whisky using the column still method invented by Robert Stein.
Interesting facts
The Cameronbridge distillery is currently the largest of the remaining grain distilleries in Scotland.
