Imagine you’re in a little bar deep in the heart of Dublin. You order a pint of Guinness. The woman behind the bar lines up the glass under the tap. The pitch-black liquid surges and settles in the glass and your anticipation builds. You’re almost licking your lips, but she’s taking her time – years of experience tells her this can never be rushed. The Guinness Nitrosurge device has been designed to recreate this iconic pub pour moment at home. Using ultrasonic technology, it creates perfectly formed nitrogen bubbles for a flawless two-part pour. Paired with Nitrosurge cans, it lets you pour a perfect pint of Guinness as if you were back in that little Dublin bar, every time.

Assemble the device by attaching the spout to the canister securely in the direction shown.

Using

1. Attach

Open the can slowly, then align the nozzle to the can opening and push the device firmly into place as shown.

Insert the nitrogen charger into the holder, ensuring it's properly aligned.

2. Activate

Push the power button to activate – the Guinness Harp will illuminate, indicating the device is ready for use.

Boil the nitrogen canister to ensure the correct pressure is achieved.

3. Begin

Hold the glass at 45° and raise the can to a horizontal position to begin pouring.

Screw the nitrogen canister onto the device at a 45° angle.

4. Rotate

As the beer flows, gradually rotate the can and glass together until the can is at 45° and the glass is vertical.

Pour the liquid into the device while holding it at a 45° angle to ensure even distribution.

5. Pause

Stop pouring when the glass is 3/4 full.

Stir the contents gently for 60 seconds to ensure proper mixing of the ingredients."

Using

6. Settle

Allow the pint to settle for about 60 seconds while you enjoy the experience of the iconic surge and settle.

Use the device to create a nitro beverage, holding it correctly as shown.

7. Complete

Without lifting the glass off the table, angle the Guinness Nitrosurge can at 45° to slowly top up the glass. This will form the classic Guinness domed head.
