Matured in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon, Don Papa Rum undergoes a meticulous ageing process in ex-Bourbon and ex-Rioja American Oak casks before being expertly blended by our Master Blender. This exquisitely crafted, rich and well-rounded rum, boasts a depth and complexity drawn from the deep intensity of ex-Rioja wine casks, making it a truly premium rum.

Don Papa Rum offers full-bodied flavours of bold, ripe orchard fruit and honey vanilla cream. This smooth rum is perfectly balanced with a touch of lemon zest and dry, toasted oak on the finish, creating a truly easy-drinking rum perfect for sipping or using in your favourite cocktails.

The Don of the Philippines
Rum is made with sweet sugarcane from only a handful of regions in the world. Unknown to many, the Philippines is one of them. This lush and wondrous land has been crafting rum for generations, but exported very little.
