For the Dark Rum Lovers
Treat them to a bottle of Captain Morgan Dark Rum.
Try making a Rum Manhattan.
INGREDIENTS
25ml Spiced rum
25ml Aged or dark rum
25ml Red vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
METHOD
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, and strain neat into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon or orange peel and a brandied cherry on a pick.

For the Aged Rum Drinkers
Gift them with a bottle of Ron Zacapa 23.
Try making a Rum Old Fashioned.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Ron Zacapa 23 Rum
2 Dashes of chocolate bitters
15ml Dark sugar syrup*
METHOD
*1 part packed brown sugar by weight to 1 part water. Stir the sugar into warmed water until sugar is dissolved. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Stir all with ice and pour over fresh cubes in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.

For the Spiced Rum Sippers
Buy them a bottle of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Rum.
Try making a Rum Sour.
INGREDIENTS
45ml Spiced rum
20ml Lemon juice
15ml-20ml Simple syrup*
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 egg white (optional)
METHOD
*1 part white sugar by weight to 1 part water. Stir the sugar into warmed water until sugar is dissolved. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 7-10 seconds. Double strain using a mesh tea sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.
