Seedlip Spiced Espresso Cocktail Recipe

A coffee-lovers dream, the Spiced Espresso is all about the blend. With chai, ginger and notes of clove, this drink was made the interesting way.
What you’ll need
Ingredients

- Seedlip Spice 9450ml
- Sugar syrup15ml
- Fresh espresso50ml
- Ice
- Coffee beans and ginger to garnish
Equipment
- Coupette glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Fine strainer
Method
Mix
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour
Shake and strain into a coupette glass.
Garnish
Garnish with three coffee beans and a section of ginger.
Top tip
Don’t have Agave syrup? Swap it out for honey.
Grab a bite
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
