What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Smirnoff Vodka
    50ml
  • Yuzu Sake
    25ml
  • Vanilla syrup
    15ml
  • Passion fruit puree
    35ml
  • Half passion fruit to garnish
2.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Martini glass
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail shaker

Method

Ice

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. 

Measure

Measure Smirnoff Vodka and other cocktail ingredients in jigger. 

Shake & Double Strain

Pour into a cocktail shaker, shake until cold and double strain into a cold martini glass. 

Garnish

Garnish with half passion fruit.
