Garden Highball Cocktail Recipe
A bright and elegant zero‑alcohol highball with crisp cloudy apple tones, delicate elderflower floral sweetness and a hint of zesty lemon freshness. Fizzing soda and a cool cucumber garnish helps capture the essence of the British countryside in spring.

- Cloudy apple juice50ml
- Elderflower cordial25ml
- Lemon juice10ml
- Soda water1
- Cucumber1
Equipment
- 1 x Highball glass
- 1 x Chopper
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping Board
- 1 x Ice
Method
Pour
Chop your cucumber into a few long and thin discs. Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0% to a shaker with 50ml cloudy apple juice, 20ml elderflower cordial and 10ml lemon juice. Pop a couple of cucumber discs in there, too, for added freshness.
Mix
Add ice to the shaker and give it a good old shake before straining into a highball glass full of ice.
Garnish
Garnish with a fresh cucumber disc and mint sprig. Top the glass with a splash of soda for some effervescence.
