- Bitter Aperitif25ml
- Sweet Vermouth25ml
- Figquarter1ml
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Mixing glass
- Stirrer
- Jigger
- Cumberland Whisky Glass
Method
Ice
Add cubed ice to mixing glass.
Measure
Measure the whisky, bitter aperitif and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass
Stir and strain
Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a rough-cut ice block.
Garnish
Add a quarter fig.
