Swapping vodka for Seedlip Spice 94 turns a classic Cosmopolitan into a CosNOpolitan. Zesty lime, tart cranberry and a hint of sweet sugar syrup make this non-alcoholic version just as good as the original.

  • Seedlip Grove 42
    Seedlip Grove 42 Alcohol Free Spirit, 70cl
    25ml
  • Æcorn Aromatic
    25ml
  • Cranberry juice
    30ml
  • Lime juice
    15ml
  • Sugar syrup
    10ml
  • Lime leaf or orange disk to garnish
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Chilled coupe glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Step 2

Shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. 

Step 3

Garnish with a lime leaf or peel of orange.
