CÎROC Vodka
Cîroc Premium Vodka, 70cl
35ml
Lime juice
20ml
Sugar syrup
15ml
Sparkling wine or soda water
50ml
3-4 mint leaves
Three skewered frozen green grapes and a mint sprig to garnish
Ice

2.1 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

Wine glass
Jigger
Strainer
Cocktail shaker

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients except the wine or soda water. Add to a shaker and shake.

Step 2

Double strain into a wine glass.

Step 3

Add plenty of ice then top with wine or soda water. Quick stir to combine then add your garnish.
