Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold & Ginger Ale

A double dose of delicious spice that fills the palate, with sweet caramel and vanilla flavours in Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold balanced by a pour of dry ginger ale.

- Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold50ml
- Ginger Ale125ml
- Lime wedge1
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall Glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping Board
Method
Ice
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold and 125ml ginger ale into the glass.
Garnish
Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of lime and place on top of the drink to garnish.
Step 4
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
