The Princess & the Pirate Cocktail Recipe
Do rum and Baileys go together? The answer, quite simply, is yes! Try this delicious cocktail that brings together Baileys, rum and whipped cream. This recipe uses Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Spirit Drink, but you can swap for a dark rum.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur25ml
- Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Spirit Drink25ml
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- Ice
Method
Step 1
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Step 2
Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add to the shaker. Shake until the surface of your shaker feels cold to touch.
Step 3
Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a tumbler.
Garnish
Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass. Scatter with 1bsp chocolate sprinkles to finish.
