Doyenne of the no-alcohol cocktail, Christie Knight, has created a non-alcoholic gimlet using gin 0.0% with fresh lime. This mix is intense, fresh and here to delight your guests.

  • Martini glass
  • Jigger
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Method

Mix

Add the ice, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker and shake vigorously with a bar spoon until very cold  

Pour

Strain and pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lime peel and serve right away
