Spiced Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

This warming Espresso Martini recipe uses whisky, gingerbread syrup and cinnamon for a festive twist on a classic cocktail.
What you’ll need

- Haig Club Clubman25ml
- Creme de Cacao25ml
- Espresso25ml
- Gingerbread Syrup10ml
- Cinnamon
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Strain into a martini glass
Step 3
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, three coffee beans and enjoy!
